Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

EU Shipping & Delivery We ship to all 27 European Union member states. Estimated delivery time is 30–45 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs clearance procedures.

Free Shipping Orders totaling IDR 3,800,000 or more qualify for free standard shipping to the EU.

Customs & Import Duties International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Delays While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at bentalafragrances@gmail.com.
