This Kartini Day, at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, Bentala had the opportunity to be part of “Celebrate Women: Between Work, Life, and Empowerment” — an annual gathering that honors the evolving roles of women, and the quiet power they carry through every aspect of life.
Held in collaboration with the Women’s Associate Resource Group, the event brought together voices, expressions, and experiences that speak to what it means to navigate work, life, and purpose with resilience and grace.
Stories That Shape Us
At the heart of the day was “Celebrate Women Talks”, featuring three inspiring speakers such as Maria Mutiara, Cinta Laura Kiehl, and Ardani Hardy
Each brought a distinct perspective — from storytelling and social impact, to mindfulness and personal growth. Yet, woven through every conversation was a shared thread: the courage to define one’s own path, and the importance of staying grounded while evolving.
Their words lingered not as conclusions, but as invitations — to reflect, to question, and to continue growing.
An Expression of Creativity and Community
Beyond the talks, the event showcased a curated bazaar featuring local brands, including Bentala Fragrances, alongside a fashion show by Cap Bali. The atmosphere was vibrant yet intimate, bringing together individuals who value creativity, culture, and meaningful connections.
At the Bentala booth, visitors were invited to explore fragrance as a personal experience. Through scent, we created a space for reflection—where individuals could pause and reconnect with their own memories and emotions. We believe that fragrance becomes a quiet form of self-expression, an extension of identity, and a companion through life’s journey.
